Loving Online Schooling!!!
Hello, Everyone. I never thought I would ever say this, but I am so happy to be back in school! I was so afraid that I was too old to go back but I am so excited how well I am doing at Kaplan. I love my professors and my fellow classmates and I am enjoying everything new I am learning everyday. I have made the President's List both terms with a perfect 4.0 GPA and I hope that I continue to do that well in these classes also. I have to admit I was so worried about balancing school and family but I have such a wonderful support system in my family and friends that balancing everything has become very easy. I am working on my Associates Degree in Medical Transcription and I will be so happy once I have that diploma in my hand! I want to be an inspiration to my children and show them that you can do ANYTHING you set your mind to as long as you believe in yourself. I am living proof!

Lisa,
ReplyDeleteNo one is ever to old to go to school well maybe if your eighty but hey you never know it could happen. It is a great thing you have chosen to come back to school to persue medical transcription. I think medical is the way to go especially with the way work is in this bad time. Many people around the world are jobless and losing their homes and everything it is depressing.
I am glad to to hear you have made the presidents list and keeping a 4.0 GPA way to go Lisa! I had a 4.0 until Anatomy and Physiology I and now I'm worried about A&P2. I as well made the presidents list and deans list recently.
I felt the same as you was worried how I was goign to pull off a full time job, school and family all at once. We have managed to do it and it just takes time, planning and adjustment.
We can do anything we want and this is proof of that. I really enjoy online classes it has been a great experience. One class I have the instructor is so hard to understand I am really struggling because of this a&pII but I hopw to be doing better.
You are doing a great job Lisa keep it up and you're kids will be very proud of their mother.
Have a nice week,
Honey
